Please notify us by phone as soon as possible of any cancellations or changes to your plans. You are also able to cancel and change reservations through your confirmation email or text. There is no cancellation fee outside of 24 hours of reservation. 50% is refund when canceling outside 6 hours of reservation. Keep in mind when it is peak season (like Memorial Day, Spring break, Art Basal) you MUST cancel your reservation 7 days prior.
For airport dropoff & pick ups, our chauffeur will wait 30 minutes after your domestic flight has arrived 60 for international flights. Thereafter, the waiting time will be charged at the rate of the hourly service you chose. In other cases, a standard grace period is given, and if no passenger contact is received, the waiting time is charged. The grace period varies depending on the specific vehicle you have selected.
Yes, 20% gratuity is added to the total. If you would like to tip your driver extra you do so by calling customer service or you may the driver cash or desired payment.
Yes, we provide meet & greet with a small fee. You would be responsible for the parking charges. You must be sure to add this feature to your reservation.
